Step 1: first of all, you need to fine tune the machine before binding, including the margin and closer.

Step 2: take the paper to be bound, the front cover and the back cover.

Step 3: take out several pieces of documents to be punched. Several sheets of paper can be punched at a time, depending on the binding capacity of the binding machine. Place the extracted document in the punching slot and adjust the paper positioner. For manual punching and binding machine, press the punching handle to complete the punching; if it is an electric wire binding type, you just need to press the button to punch. Repeat this process until all the files are punched.

Step 4: select the appropriate iron ring according to the thickness of the document, and insert the end of the bigger iron ring into the iron ring fixing groove.

Step 5: put the back cover, the front facing document and the front cover through the small ring and put it into the iron ring.

Step 6: put the sheets covered into the closed-loop groove, and then press the handle to the bottom.

Step 7: remove the bound documents and the binding get finished.

In this way, you only need to spend a few minutes, a beautiful document or book is bound! So you won't worry about where to put a paper document. It's more convenient to read and more durable to keep.
