Honeycomb paper cushion packaging

Honeycomb paper is a kind of kraft paper which is cut into the shape of honeycomb in advance. The 3D honeycomb paper pad formed by layering can make the wrapped product not easy to falls and collisions, and provide a good buffering and shockproof result.

Z-Folding paper

The folding paper, which takes a "Z" shape when pulled up, such kraft paper made of natural conifer resin fibers. The shock absorbs and protects effect are even better with the extrusion of paper cushion machine formed a strip at it can be used,; fills empty spaces and prevents products from colliding in the box. Compared with the 3-layer roll paper, the z-folding paper after extrusion molding bearing performance will slightly reduced, suitable for lightweight product packaging protection.

3-layer roll paper

3-layer roll paper is kraft paper made by folding on both sides of the paper roll, extrusion by paper cushion machine, and forming in a 3D fold cushion pad.

1）Crumpled craft paper effectively uses the space between the pre-folding 3-layer craft paper, giving it a stronger cushioning protection capability.

2）It has a higher compressive strength and elasticity enough to withstand heavy objects up to 60kg when coiled into a disc shap, such as packaging car parts, car engines, heavy motors, water pumps and other heavy objects.

The stabilizes heavy objects or individual products inside the box ability as the following order;

3-layer roll paper > z-folding paper > honeycomb paper.
